CASAI is priced per project or as a platform for your whole portfolio. The platform is modular — you buy the modules you need, and BI Light plus the platform foundation are always included. You always get a quote based on your situation.
Four ways to use CASAI
Project model
The standard model for project-based use. Priced on the project's characteristics, such as size and duration.
Team
An internal single-party solution for one organisation, when external parties do not work in the same workflow.
Collaborate
A multi-party solution designed for collaboration between client and contractor — can include an unlimited number of internal and external users.
Enterprise
A platform model for the whole portfolio: portfolio governance, BI, integration value, budget predictability and easier scaling. A model of its own — not a discount tier.
What is included — and what do you add?
Platform foundation — included in all models
Roles and permissions, traceability of events and evidence, export to PDF and Excel, and Swedish and English language support. Standard support follows each model.
BI Light — included in all models
A simpler dashboard with a set of central key metrics, at no extra cost.
Contract Regulation — module, purchased separately
For quantity-regulated contracts: Bill of Quantities, measurement submissions with supporting evidence, review and approval workflows, forecasts and per-code communication. Variation handling is included in the module.
Notices & Decisions — module, purchased separately
Notices and decisions with structured workflows and a traceable history. Added where it is needed.
BI Advanced — module, purchased separately
Extended access to 30+ key metrics and tailored dashboards in the BI module. Can also be integrated into your own Power BI environment.
Mass portal — module in beta, agreed separately
Mass handling is a separate module in beta. A pilot project with a larger municipality is planned for autumn 2026.
Onboarding package — per project
Project setup, training and check-ins, plus preparation and loading of contract data. Sold per project.

Scope
The pilot is limited in scope and time, with a defined boundary: selected projects, roles and workflows.
Success criteria
Measurable criteria are agreed before the start — for example review time, traceability of evidence and forecast quality — and followed up continuously.
A clear next step
The pilot is tied to a clear next decision. The evaluation leads on to the Project model, Collaborate or Enterprise — or a close-out with documented lessons learned.

Support packages
Bronze — approx. SEK 5,000/month
5 hours of phone and video support per month.
Silver — approx. SEK 8,000/month
10 hours of phone and video support per month.
Gold — approx. SEK 13,000/month
15 hours of phone and video support per month.
Time and materials
Support can also be purchased as needed, at approx. SEK 1,500 per hour. Global support is offered digitally.

How the model calculates
- Typical hours per activity are taken from benchmarks based on project size and adjusted for complexity.
- A cautious efficiency rate per activity is applied based on the selected scenario.
- Savings are reduced by adoption and ramp-up — the benefit is not assumed to be fully realised from day one.
- The risk and quality benefit is reported separately and capped at 25 percent of the time benefit.
- The cost items are modelled defaults, not a quote.

Are all features included in every package?
No — CASAI is modular. The modules Contract Regulation, Notices & Decisions, BI Advanced and the Mass portal (beta) are purchased separately, so you only pay for what you need. BI Light and the platform foundation are included in every model. Onboarding packages are sold per project and cover project setup, training and check-ins, plus preparation and loading of contract data.
What is included in support?
Standard support, onboarding training and user manuals are included to establish a working way of working. Extended support is available as packages: Bronze (5 h/month), Silver (10 h/month) and Gold (15 h/month) with phone and video support, plus support on a time-and-materials basis. Global support is offered digitally.
